Kihei is where Maui Tumblers began. Melissa Rajesh started the company in 2004 so South Maui families could get real gymnastics without a long after-school commute. We still roll equipment into Kihei campuses each week for the 2026/27 school year.
School-year classes run at Children's Garden Preschool (Mondays), Piʻilani Preschool with Kamaʻaina Kids (Tuesday mornings), Little Hoku Montessori (Fridays), and Hawaii Tech Academy in Kihei (Friday afternoons, K–2 and 2nd–5th). Those four are for students enrolled at that school.
Kihei Dance Connection, also called the Kihei Drop-In Center, is open to the public on Tuesdays at 11:35 am. If your child is not at one of the partner schools, that is the Kihei class to start with.
Preschool tuition on Maui is $58 per month plus GET. Elementary is $75 per month plus GET. Mid-year registration is prorated. Call (808) 463-5989 if you are unsure which Kihei site fits.
